Comparison vs. Ordinary Site Mix

CriterionOrdinary MixEuroFix
Scrub resistance Coating wears away when scrubbed Class 1 withstands repeated scrubbing
Stain resistance Absorbs stains, marks remain Stains wipe off easily
High-traffic durability Soils and fades quickly Keeps its look for years
Sheen Matte, shows wipe marks Elegant satin hides wiping
Repaint cycle Short — frequent repainting Much longer

Consumption & Cost

In corridors, kitchens, schools and hospitals where walls are touched, soiled and wiped daily, cheap matte paint is a losing choice because it soils, fades and shows wipe marks, needing replacement within months. EuroFix Satin, with Class 1 scrub resistance, withstands repeated washing without its film wearing away, stains wipe off without a trace, and its satin sheen hides wiping marks. The result is a far longer repaint cycle; its slightly higher litre price disappears against the extra years of service before the wall ever needs repainting.
