Belfast and Kyiv — Wallmix Ukraine has officially commenced full-scale production of EuroFix International's complete range of polymer-modified construction chemicals at its modern manufacturing facility. This milestone follows an intensive 18-month technology transfer program that included staff training at EuroFix's Belfast R&D headquarters, raw material qualification, and meticulous production line calibration.
Complete Product Portfolio Now in Production
The Wallmix facility is now producing the full spectrum of EuroFix-licensed products: 8 tile adhesive grades (K-5 standard interior/exterior, K-7 enhanced adhesion, K-14 porcelain/underfloor heating, K-16 heat-resistant, K-17 flexible, K-27 highly flexible, K-37 large-format tiles, and K-40 white marble/mosaic), along with waterproofing membranes, acrylic and contact primers, levelling compounds, block adhesives, silicone-based exterior paints, and decorative plasters.
, Chief of Polymer R&D at EuroFix, confirmed that every batch undergoes rigorous quality testing matching Belfast laboratory standards. "We have replicated our exact formulation chemistry and quality protocols at the Wallmix facility. The Ukrainian-produced products meet the same EN 12004 Class C2TE S1 specifications as our Belfast-manufactured originals," Dr. stated.
Production Capacity and Market Targets
The facility has an initial annual production capacity of 25,000 tonnes across all product lines, with plans to scale to 50,000 tonnes by 2022. Wallmix aims to establish a distribution network covering all 24 oblasts of Ukraine, targeting both professional contractors and retail chains. The combination of British formulation technology with local manufacturing provides a significant cost advantage while maintaining premium quality standards.
