Detailed Product Description

A fibre-reinforced, non-shrink structural repair mortar (R3) for repairing and reconstructing concrete and façades: columns, beams, spalled concrete and exposed-rebar zones. Classified to EN 1504-3 — R3 for structural reinstatement.
High-strength cement, graded quartz sand, polymer fibres and shrinkage-compensating, adhesion-improving additives.
Remove all weak, loose concrete down to a sound substrate. Clean exposed rebar of rust and treat with a protective coat. Pre-wet the surface to a saturated surface-dry (SSD) condition before application.
Add about 3.5–4 L of clean water per 25 kg bag and mix with a slow drill to a lump-free, homogeneous paste. Let it rest 2 minutes, then re-stir. Pot life is limited; mix only what can be applied.
Apply in passes of 5–40 mm, compacting well to ensure full contact and full encasement of the rebar. Finish and smooth before set. Protect from rapid drying by moist curing. Initial set ≈ 40 min; compressive strength ≥ 30 MPa.
Contains cement which produces an alkaline reaction with moisture. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Store in original unopened bags, in a dry place elevated from the ground on wooden pallets. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date printed on the packaging.
