EuroFix Block Fix

High-strength thin-bed mortar designed for masonry walls using Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, sand-lime bricks, and concrete blocks with high precision and thickness not exceeding 3mm.

Polymer-fortified Portland cement, water-retention additives to prevent rapid drying by porous blocks, and fine graded sand.

Blocks must be clean and free of dust to ensure maximum bond. Highly dry blocks can be slightly dampened in extremely hot weather.

Mix the 25kg bag with 6.0 liters of clean water using a mechanical mixer for 3 minutes.

Spread the adhesive using a specialized notched trowel for blocks to form a 2-3mm layer. Place the block immediately and adjust with a rubber mallet.

Contains cement which produces an alkaline reaction with moisture. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

Store in original unopened bags, in a dry place elevated from the ground on wooden pallets. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date printed on the packaging.
