Automated Dry-Mortar Production: Why Batch Consistency Matters

Quality Bulletin — Two bags of tile adhesive that look identical can behave very differently if the polymer dose drifts by a few percent. The invisible enemy of construction chemicals is batch-to-batch variation. EuroFix automated dry-mortar production exists to eliminate that variation so that every bag performs exactly as the datasheet promises.

Precision dosing, gravimetric control and continuous QC

In an automated plant, raw materials — graded silica sand, cement, redispersible polymers, cellulose ethers and additives — are dosed gravimetrically to tolerances as tight as ±0.5%, far beyond what manual blending can achieve. A homogenising mixer ensures even distribution of the active polymers that govern adhesion and flexibility. Each production batch is sampled and tested against EN 12004 (adhesion), EN 12002 (deformability) and water-demand criteria before release, with results traceable to the batch number printed on the bag. This closed loop is what lets a contractor trust that batch 1 and batch 500 give identical open time, slip and bond strength.

Consistency is not a luxury — on a large project it is the difference between a predictable installation and scattered, hard-to-diagnose failures. Automation is how EuroFix makes consistency a guarantee rather than a hope.
