Belfast & Hama — EuroFix International, the global pioneer in luxury construction chemicals and advanced waterproofing compounds, is proud to announce that the Board of Directors at our Belfast Headquarters (UK) has officially signed, sealed, and issued the Formal Construction & Establishment Decision (قرار الإنشاء) for our state-of-the-art Levant manufacturing facility in Hama, central Syria.
Executive Mandate: Regional General Manager Dr. Feras Warar
With the signing of the Belfast executive decree, Dr. Feras Warar has been officially appointed as the Regional Director and General Manager of EuroFix Syria, carrying full executive authority to supervise civil works, sign local engineering agreements, and oversee plant commissioning.
Dr. Feras Warar is a highly accomplished pharmaceutical chemist and industrial executive, holding a degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Odesa, Ukraine. Dr. Warar brings over a decade of deep chemical formulation expertise, specifically in building polymers, waterproofing membranes, and thermal insulation solutions.
Following his nomination, Dr. Warar underwent intensive advanced training courses at the EuroFix Global R&D Center in Belfast, Northern Ireland. There, he received technical certification in automatic dry-mix formulations, raw material compliance auditing, and clean environmental production standards.
Civil Execution & Economic Local Impact
The formal decision initiates the civil construction phase in the Hama industrial zone. This facility is engineered with automated dust-free mixing silos and packaging technology directly imported from Europe, ensuring local products comply perfectly with British and European standards (EN 12004 C2TE S1).
Importantly, this project represents a major commitment to the Syrian labor market, creating over 150 direct jobs for Syrian chemical engineers, laboratory technicians, and specialized factory operators. Under the guidance of Dr. Warar, local teams will receive continuous training through the EuroFix Academy to master automated production lines, and continuous quality assurance procedures.
