United Kingdom — Hama — A brand is not transferred by a logo; it is transferred by documents, methods and discipline. As part of establishing EuroFix Syria, EuroFix International has completed the structured transfer of its manufacturing and quality system to the Syrian branch — the step that turns a licence on paper into an operating standard on the factory floor.
What was transferred
Locked formulations. The complete recipe set for the first Syrian range — cement-based tile adhesives (C1/C2 classes per EN 12004), gypsum plasters and skim coats — version-controlled, with any change requiring a documented technical decision.
Raw-material specifications. Acceptance criteria for every input — sands and fillers, binders, functional additives — including the tests each delivery must pass before it enters a silo.
The quality-control manual. Test methods aligned with EN methodology, acceptance limits, retained-sample rules and the batch-release procedure: no batch ships without its test record.
Packaging and labelling standards. Bag construction, artwork rules, batch coding and the QR traceability layer applied to every unit.
Management qualified on the brand's standards
The regional management, led by Dr. Firas Warrar — a pharmacist with a doctorate in medical laboratory diagnostics — has been qualified on EuroFix's manufacturing and quality standards. That laboratory background is precisely why the Syrian operation is being built measurement-first: raw materials tested on arrival, every batch released against data, and full records kept digitally.
Why this matters to the Syrian customer
Because consistency is the whole promise. A tile installer in Hama or Damascus opening a Syrian-made EuroFix bag should get the same behaviour, water demand and working time as the EuroFix product he heard about — bag after bag. The transferred system is what makes that repeatability possible.
