Belfast and Kyiv — EuroFix International has signed a landmark exclusive technology licensing agreement with Wallmix, one of Ukraine's fastest-growing construction chemicals manufacturers. The agreement grants Wallmix full access to EuroFix's proprietary polymer-modified tile adhesive formulations, production protocols, and quality assurance systems certified to European standard EN 12004.
Complete Technology Transfer Package
Under the agreement, Wallmix will receive the complete portfolio of EuroFix's British-developed dry mortar formulations, including the flagship C2TE S1 flexible adhesive, standard C1 adhesive, block fix mortar, acrylic primers, contact primers, and elastomeric waterproofing compounds. EuroFix's Belfast-based R&D team, led by , will conduct intensive training programs for Wallmix's Ukrainian engineering staff at the Belfast headquarters laboratory.
The licensing deal covers a complete range of 8 tile adhesive grades (K-5 through K-40), waterproofing membranes, silicone-based paints, levelling compounds, and decorative plasters — representing EuroFix's entire construction chemicals product line adapted for the Ukrainian market and climate conditions.
Strategic Vision for Eastern Europe
, EuroFix's Director of Global Licensing, emphasized that Ukraine represents a critical market with annual construction output exceeding $12 billion and rapidly modernizing building standards. "Wallmix's production infrastructure combined with our British formulation technology creates a powerful proposition for the Ukrainian construction sector," EuroFix stated. The partnership is expected to generate initial annual production of 15,000 tonnes of licensed dry mortar products.
