Iraq is an active market for the brand — enquiries arrive from Baghdad, Erbil and elsewhere. The same evaluation applies as in Syria: documented performance against largely undocumented supply. The commercial terms differ, because duty, logistics and local costs are not the same, and the Kurdistan Region has its own arrangements — terms are agreed per territory rather than published.

The Hama plant is a short overland leg from the Iraqi border crossings, against weeks of sea freight for European or Asian product — which shows up in landed cost, lead time and how fresh the bag is when it arrives.
